Bring your referral from your dentists; if you don’t have one, please request one from your dentist and forward them to our email address ( apexos@gmx.com )
You may bring any copies of X-Rays with you, but most procedures will require us to take a panoramic X-Ray for insurance purposes and ensuring gold-standards of care. If you have one, by all means, please bring it to your appointment. Panoramic
